Silent auction in support of the Orchestral Academy raised CZK 710,000

This year’s Concert for Friends of the Czech Philharmonic was accompanied by a silent auction organized by the Czech Philharmonic Foundation. Its proceeds amounting to CZK 710,000 will support the Orchestral Academy, which helps foster the next generation of young musicians.

The auctioned items included exceptional experiences, pieces of art, as well as unique events associated with the orchestra. The auction triggered great interest and once again confirmed the importance of patronage and support for young talent.
